I had a lazy day. I happened to be eating lunch and watching tv when the first episode of The Last of Us started. I ended up watching 5 episodes in a row and totally enjoying my rot day. Finishing the season after dinner.

Their lack of organized opposition is the difference here. They are ratifying Trump's recklessness by not saying "NO THAT'S NOT WHO WE ARE AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO PUT UP WITH IT." By going along with it they tell the world, "Eh, I guess that IS who we are."
