A friend asked me to create a supervillain for him, so I came up with Tyrannus Von Bellum. Baron Von Bellum for his subjects. His name means “Tyrant of War” and if you look at the Latin phrase on his family crest, you’d notice that it says, “Bellum Vincit Omnia,” which means “War Conquers All”
