Only actor I know who lived in Bishop was Elisha Cook Jr. He was a pal of Larry’s and I don’t think he was at all like that

I always liked Larry even when he was throwing VHS cartridges around in Eddie Brandt’s and getting 86ed from Boardner’s

Ann Warner got Olivia her role as Melanie in GWTW by getting JL to allow it. Ann was the one person Jack L. couldn’t bully or intimidate.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQ9Q... Charles McGraw's daughter told me she remembered the nickname "Bright Boy" being used by several of her father's friends towards Charlie during social times around the swimming pool.

Did a Via Vision commentary track with Glenn Erickson for MAJOR DUNDEE. The backstories are more entertaining than both versions that include great scenes but the film lacks continuity. Originally saw with my Grandmother on a double bill with THE WAR LORD (1965), a more coherent and better film.

When he saw me at TCMCFF, he called out to me and came over chatted. A super nice guy who was in two extra important films

Oh no! Claude Jarman was my guest for a screening of INTRUDER IN THE DUST-a delightful man. Can we skip the rest of 2025-this year sucks

My Mom’s all time fave movie as she dated Jack Carson when they attended the same acting school. I might hold the all time record of watching MP that began when I was in short pants.

That draft notice is why Hal Wallis & Mike Curtiz hustled to finish KING CREOLE just before Elvis was inducted. Presley thought rock & roll might vanish during his military service so he asked Wallis about enrolling in the Actors Studio. However, Colonel Parker had other plans...
