RFK's confirmation is a slap in the face to anyone who's suffered and died from a vaccine preventable illness. Vaccination is inarguably one of the most consequential human inventions. Even if all he does is delay the approval of new vaccines, he will be responsible for the deaths of thousands.

If you're a Democratic policy wonk, you should be writing a bill designed to properly define the role of the executive branch. Instead of relying on flowery language about "tak (ing) care that the laws be faithfully executed", define the scope of authority of the President.
