Yeah, thats one way my brain went.It could corsely be described as high brow MILF (Mom Id Like to Film 😉) Or could it also be a way for these aging actors to fight back against ageism and sexism in a less overt and more approachable way than The Substance? (Which was also great in its themes)

I am enjoying this movie and its music I’m embarrassed by it. Does that make sense? I didn’t know who Robbie Williams was before the movie, but his music hit my mid-30s self so unexpectedly. Not since Rocketman have I connected so hard with a jukebox musical. Wait…who produced Rocketman??

Yeah, but you saw his smile when he said “Hey Drake/I hear you like em young” I loved it. Such a great production!

That’s what kept blowing my mind, was how crisp and precise the editing was. On top of the two largest actors at the time, the characters themselves owned every scene they were in separately, yet somehow they acted and reacted to each other in equal measure, sharing the screen equally.

The performances in Complete Unknown were unreal. I haven’t been this impressed by Edward Norton since…honestly Fight Club.

So I want to watch this alongside (saw it once VERY young and never got into it) but I’m not sure which version you watched. Was the version you watched 171 minutes long? That’s the version available on Amazon Prime in the US (nothing on MAX)

Now I feel equally as bad for not thinking of her too! Between Big Little Lies, The Batman, and Fury Road she is a power house of performances. Which does and doesn’t surprise me at the same time. Cause her father is a good actor, but she is amazing.

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth had great UI design for menu selection, map navigation, and combat. The PokĂŠmon parody in particular had fun, easy to understand mechanics that were bright and colorful. The studio just builds on past versions which helps them constantly improve on them. Also hi Ludo!
