I baked these vegan s’mores cookies tonight. I followed the Make it Dairy Free recipe, although I used slightly less chocolate chips. I will use the full amount next time though. This was my first time using ground flax seed as the egg replacer and I liked it! The cookies were delicious and rich!

I cooked vegan chili tonight! I forgot to get a picture of the final product but I’ll get a picture of the leftovers tomorrow, I did a double batch! This one is also based on an old family/Betty Crocker recipe! The impossible burger I used is not shown, I also used frozen corn instead of canned.

Banana bread before and after! This one is a family/old Betty Crocker recipe. I used baking powder, water, and oil as the egg replacer! It’s just a standard banana bread recipe with nuts, I used walnuts. It is absolutely delicious though and it smells great! I can’t wait to try this batch! 😋

Starting Death Stranding Director’s Cut again after platinuming it this month. I just can’t stop thinking about it and after platting it I guess restarting the story is the best way to satisfy that craving. This is my 3rd or 4th playthrough overall.
