Just watched LONGLEGS. This is the first time I’ve vibed with any of Perkins’ films. To be sure, it has some plotting issues, but the nasty, upsetting tone resonates. This is a movie that feels dangerous. Also, it makes me feel really old that Alicia Witt can plausibly play Maika Monroe’s mother.
