“I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened” - Mark Twain #quote

I’ve been working hard on a post about explaining health issues to other people. It’s important to me. Not that impressed with the new iPhone. Their ‘budget model is kind of expensive now. Focussed on spending time outdoors this week. We need to make the most of this time of year.

An important wellbeing reminder. There's a little treat for Star Wars fans as well.

Where can you go? What new direction can you take?

I see Neighbours has been axed by Amazon. I wonder if this has anything to do with terrible design of their apps. It always defaults to the first episode in 1985, and you have to take time setting it to 2024. Then catch up to the latest.

I've just updated my Apple range post to include the new iPhone. Find out what I think about it: www.thewellbeingwebsite.com/blog/my-guid...

Do you need all that news? What will happen if you miss an update? Have a think about this.

The most expensive thing in the world is Trust. It can take years to earn and a matter of seconds to lose. #auspol

Just smile for 30 seconds or more. See how your body responds.

Start slow. A few practices at a time. It all adds up.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" No it really doesn't, please stop saying this What makes you stronger is gently pushing yourself out of your comfort zone with encouragement, support, and guidance Injuries, wounds, and illness don't do that Hope that clears things up #Disability

What messages would you like to hear about wellbeing? What’s important to you?

Don’t take helping hands for granted.

What is the first app you look at every day? Could there be something better out there? Just think for a moment.

How should we give advice to people? In my experience, from a place of understanding. We get there by asking the right questions.

Just started experimenting with Claude AI. Good impressions so far. More Call of Duty double points and events. They know how to keep players coming back. Just finished a blog post where I explore the suggestion that you couldn’t act like Steve Jobs in an organisation you didn’t own.

Just pause for a moment...

I think a few treats make a difference throughout the day. The right coffee and tea are the perfect places to start.

My new video. Please take a look: youtu.be/POCg2O0FBtM

Never stop looking for answers. There’s always more to explore. It’s how we grow.

Reminder to comment on that art post or fanfic, and drop a review of that book. Telling creatives what you think, even if it’s just a one line sentence, truly does make a difference! And I don’t just mean ‘engagement’. I mean it will make their day. Tell someone when you love their work 🤍

Some mindful exercises: youtu.be/uVG6sld8SmE?...

The world is craving your attention right now. What are you going to do with it?

Find a place that inspires you. Keep heading back there.

Reduce the waves. Calm the storm.

If you make a mistake when you’re speaking to a group of people, do this…

Sometimes, we don’t need help. Just an opportunity. Fairness.

Really getting a lot out of Apple Fitness +. The yoga and meditation sessions are great. Rediscovered Guinness. Maybe the shortages peaked my interest. It’s nice to go back to things. I always see this time of year as a turning point. More sunshine. We can start thinking about spring.

New Year’s resolutions now? This is a great time to make changes…

Appreciate the seasons - Some encouragement to stop resisting where you are

Don’t resist where you are.

Mindfulness keeps bringing us back to something. That acceptance often helps us far more than resistance.
