Saying the quiet part out loud: Outgoing AFSec Frank Kendall at CSIS today used a chart showing the future Space Force will be equipped with "orbital weapons" -- which may be the first official use of that term, rather than "orbital capabilities" or "counterspace capabilities" or "space fires."
