Last year, we had the amazing opportunity to meet Jim Cantrell, founder of Phantom Aerospace! He took us for rides in his two racecars, and we even gave one a tow with the Endurance. Since then, Jim has joined a few of our engineering meetings as an advisor, bringing his expertise to the table. 🔧

I often wonder the assumptions people make when they see me in the whole as I am in this picture. Do they think I can’t use the toilet or take a shower independently? What about the rest of life? Are the assumptions warranted by my appearance, or by a negative narrative in our society?

It’s me! #Disability

#Disability The best way to include those with disabilities is to endow them with what they need to include themselves.

I want to know how my #Disability community feels about this graphic?

Modular capacity motor controller with a high threshold for current and multiple actuations means that our flagship product in development at @themif.bsky.social can easily handle all the #disability accommodating features necessary. The Endurance power chair should surpass a 30 year lifespan.

Here’s an end user account of #DME delivery and bureaucracy. Another reason that I founded @themif.bsky.social for those with #Disability

In 2021 I had a choice to make. I could pay $13 a pound for low quality pork bacon pumped full of added water or I could pay the same amount in total for curing and smoking a slab of #wagyu belly. Yesterday I found a lost lonely forgotten package of vacuum sealed wagyu #bacon.

The mission of @themif.bsky.social is to #BreakBarriers, improve #Accessibility and lives for those living with #Disability struggles over subpar #tech, and do so with #opensourcehardware

I swear this #cat spends half the day in my sink.
