Quote post with the Batman comic book that was released the month you turned 10! #comicsky #batman

King by name. King by nature. Brody King is probably my favourite wrestler currently working right now. And he keeps demonstrating why. Push him. #AEW #AEWDynamite

*Still punk rock as fuck* I whisper to myself as I settle into my favourite comfortable chair in the evening and immediately feel sleepy.

#Superman

Saw Ryan Coogler's SINNERS last night. Wow. Really strongly recommend. A horror movie set in the Deep South with the influence of old-school delta blues dripping from every frame. #Sinners

As a straight edge person, I wholeheartedly support this message. My being boring is unrelated to my lack of alcohol and drugs.

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday, really. Crossing the Humber Bridge for lunch on the south bank before crossing back and simply riding around in the sunshine with music playing my helmet. I've missed this. #HarleyDavidson

I remember this well. It led to my discovery of @thelongestjohns.bsky.social and I've been a fan of theirs ever since. Sea shanties will always be trending in my head.

This is so accurate it hurts. This cycle basically started right after I graduated from university and it feels like I've never been able to get out from under it. I realise my own mediocrity probably has something to do with it as well, but still...

Anyone who talks badly about France clearly doesn't know anything about it. They appear to do everything better than we do. Mad respect for the French. Here's another brilliant example. Such wonderful news. If only there was a lesson the US and UK could take from this... 🤔

People not understanding how the burden of proof works irritates me so much. Especially if they are deliberately misunderstanding it to prop up a baseless argument.

It's not often you can say a member of your family has a novel available to purchase from Waterstones but... my mum's first published novel is available to pre-order from Waterstones. If you like murder mysteries, check it out maybe? #booksky www.waterstones.com/book/the-art...

Celebrity deaths don't usually bother me. Michelle Trachtenberg's did, though. Reading about how lovely a person she really was in this superb article from @marawilson.bsky.social was deeply moving. Thanks for sharing this, Mara. www.vulture.com/article/mara...

I so sincerely hope this is true. Not that it will affect them too much but you gotta take the small wins wherever you can.

New York continues to prove why it's my favourite place.

Was actually listening to music earlier this evening. Can confirm.

It's so nice to know I'm not alone in this view. Have never understood the appeal of the BOND franchise as anytime I've tried to actually watch one of the movies it has been terrible.

When Michelle Trachtenberg joined the cast of Buffy, I immediately had a crush on her. Maintained that no matter what character she played in any other role. I really enjoyed her in my favourite bad movie: EuroTrip. The news of her passing has hit harder than expected. 39 is no age.

I mean... yeah, me too.

without downloading any new pics, where are you at mentally

Just a thought. No reason why it occurred to me today.
