Well, I can easily tell you which city doesn't, sorry to my 🍑... Honestly, I think its between NYC and LA and it really comes down to your personal preference. I enjoy a more casual, sporty/active w/ bright colors look so I'm more drawn to how men and ppl in general dress here in LA.
