So a few days ago my grandma who I went up to visit last month following her stroke passed away. It was peaceful and there was no pain from all the family I've heard from. I'm so happy I got to spend that time with her and feel her love one last time. Goodbye Grandma I love and miss you <3

Now that the work day is wrapping up, I can't help but feel soooooo excited! It's actually happening I go in for FFS on the 10th! I feel like I'm suddenly a kid waiting to see what's under the tree for me on Christmas day. (unwrapping is gonna suuuuck XD) I can't wait to finally have this done!

You can use this same approach on the phone call. Just please make sure you do it tactfully and not chew out the person on the other end of the phone who is just trying to do their job. Make sure they feel seen and supported but also allow your opinion to be voiced!

gosh I sure do love taking >1.5hrs (still on the line -.-) to have procedures which are both listed on my policy AND have had prior authorizations approved get reviewed. Fuckers owe me $5783.90 and have given me a second job to try and claim that. I'm on the verge of tears fuck insurance companies!
