After watching it all, Arcane S2 E7 might be my favourite episode of the entire show, and what a show. I wish LoL was good enough to deserve it. At least they should’ve brought Wild Rift to consoles. Don’t get why they didn’t. It’s a much simpler version of LoL I think more Arcane fans would enjoy.

Anyone saying Erdtree is so good it deserves to be nominated for GOTY is crazy 1 - it’s not a game, you have to play/own another game to have access to it 2 - just make a DLC category 3 - even if it is THAT good, a DLC doesn’t deserve a spot over any other 2024 developed game

…and Final Fantasy Rebirth is totally gonna win Game Of The Year because FF7 nostalgia for many people. It was a good game with crazy amount of content but the launch performance, open world Ubisoft checklist stuff and (to me) disappointing ending/dragged out final act push it off my potential GOTY

Game Awards 2024 is gonna be interesting, lots of great games came out this year. There’s no chance in hell Dragon’s Dogma 2 wins anything but I’m gonna hope for it anyway. At least we should see some new announcements from Capcom. New DD2 DLC (maybe) or Resident Evil 9 announcement (seems likely)

Monster Hunter Wilds (at least the beta, who knows about the full game) has the same issue as FF7 Rebirth which is that you can have great graphics 30fps or you can have 60fps with vaseline rubbed on the screen Being the 60fps whore that I am I’m gonna have to get a PS5 Pro to play Wilds for sure

Monster Hunter Wilds open beta starts tomorrow for PS+ users. You can pre-load it right now btw! Gonna make a buff lady (yes I’m one of those people, sorry) since for some reason the other recent Capcom monster hunting game known as Dragon’s Dogma 2 didn’t really let you do that (when DD1 did 😢).

Been here for 5 seconds and BlueSky already has more interesting (to me) planned paid features than twitter/x ever did. Idk if I’d pay for this stuff right now but if BlueSky grows, becomes and remains a viable social media platform we’re all still using in 6 months I might consider it.
