think I finally worked out why my Photoshop (CS5) had been going laggy over time (the only fix seemed to be to close program and re-open). Seems the ram on this pc had been set to 2133 speed in the bios when it should be 3600 - voops!

love the orig version of this game so hope this will be good. But something looks iffy when you compare the textures new and old. Take the texture with the text left of the up arrow. Doesn't look done by hand, as you would clean it up better? Wonder if AI upscaled?

Turns out much of the Switch 2 pre-release concern was just miscommunication - Switch 2 is fully playable from the go without an internet connection - Switch 2 Edition games are SW2 branded red carts that include BOTH the SW1 and SW2 native builds on them and work on both consoles!
