This morning, WHO Member States adopted the Pandemic Agreement by consensus. They also established a working group to negotiate the PABS Annex for 2026. Once the Annex is adopted the Agreement opens for signature. It will enter into force when there are 60 Parties. www.who.int/news/item/20...

Poilievre seeking a safe seat in Alberta puts the lie to the idea that he is the guy to broaden the appeal of the party. Can't win in a seat he has held for two decades... and clearly believes he can't win anywhere other than the hotbed of grievance Conservatism. It sends a hell of a signal.
