My mother used to live in southwest Wexford. Up the road was farm up badly run by a nasty, shifty piece of work. He'd get drunk and drive around the roads in his tractor singing out of tune songs. He'd offer to fight everybody in the pub who was taller than him. Swear to god this is him.
