2) I got in my car to head to work and Hidden Brain was playing on NPR. There was this woman talking about the psychology of despair and how we often shut down when faced with problems we cannot control. It was as if AI had tracked my emotions and given me the perfect message on my SiriusXM. 😆

1) This morning, I read that SHS plans to ban phones in schools in Arkansas. A parent commented, frustrated about not being able to reach their child in the event of a shooting. I got inflamed! Why do we have to think about shootings at schools?! I was very upset.
