Today was a good day. I've been working on two very intricate, large, functional sculpture pieces at the studio for many weeks, and they have begun to get attention from resident artists and students coming up to me and asking about them. Best of all, my teacher really liked them too. Yeay. Grateful

Open lab tonight was wonderful. There were moments of singing, laughing and also deafening silence as we all got "in the zone." So grateful for the space and community to express myself, think aloud, and dream. I promised myself I'd take pictures and nope, didn't happen.
