The amount of people who confidently declare that Trump fired DeJoy from the USPS, thus proving Biden absolutely could have, and chose not to for... reasons, I guess... shows that misinformation can infect even liberal brains if it tells them what they want to hear.

There's a transmasculine version of this. If someone assigned female can become a man, it means there's nothing so special or powerful about men. Each of us has the biological truth of equality between the sexes within us, as demonstrated by the ability of some to pass from one to the other.

I have spent the last hour shredding perfectly good passport forms and printing replacements from a goddamn OFFICE PRINTER, because the old form has a non-binary gender option.

So, my passport office is being told we can't wait for new DS-11 forms. We have to shred our current ones IMMEDIATELY. Why, you may ask? What is the flaw that requires such immediate action? The 2022 forms have a non-binary gender option. That's the reason.
