A key component of repair is trust. Trust in the quality of the repair & the fixers skill. TL;DR: My daughter's ear piercing became infected & swelled quickly. Her flat back studs wouldn't unlock. I propsed a solution. Thank you to my daughter for being brave & trusting her fixer. #RightToRepair

This week I've worked on a handful of W11 machines using the enforced 'New' Outlook (Outlook for Windows) to access IMAP email. In each case, 'New' Outlook has ground to a halt - refuses to send or receive - and the usual tricks don't fix it. The solution is @thunderbird.net - It. Works. 👍
