What shall I do on Monday the 20th? I know things I will not be doing: looking at the news—any news! Whether it’s apps of any kind or online. Why would I?

Jan 6th. This time 2025. The Dems did not charge the capital. We saw the peaceful transfer of power. Yet, what a travesty. The Dems did not fight corruption immediately following Jan 6 2021 and put the seditionists in jail. So today we see actual seditionists at the head of our government.

As I move into what I anticipate to be some chaotic and dark times ahead for our nation in 2025, I will put my energy into being kind to my neighbors, being considerate to everyone as best I can, being open to empathetic feelings for others, and making time for friends—thus I can do.
