Apologies for the crap photo and presentation. It was a stressful cook with many unexpected interruptions and loud children that just wouldn't shut up. The result was worth it though (thank Cheesus): Shen Choy (Chinese red spinach) and crispy tofu on rice. Plus the obligatory chili oil. #foodsky 🍽️🍜
