I live in a house where my GF insists on (at least slightly) under-cooking chicken and pork chops (because she likes to reheat them in the air fryer as left-overs), but also over-cooking pretty much any kind of pasta. lol, and she will tell you I over-cook the meat and under-cook the pasta. 🙃

I don't think there are words that can describe how great I think this circa 1890 photo of two men, a dog, a cart, and a burro is. Mary was a female photographer in what was nearly a 100% male-dominated profession. A super shot from the wonderful Degolyer Library Archives at SMU in Dallas.
