Hi. I ran from Akabane to Ikebukuro then to Shinjuku, Harajuku and ended my run at the Shibuya Scramble. 16kms and it was actually quite fun! I still can’t believe I live here sometimes. #runningpunks love yous 🫶🏻

not the best morning MH wise. Had a massive cry, wiped my own tears away, told myself to get up and go for a run. Managed 8kms(though I was aiming for 10)anywho I got a call for a pick up volunteer shift tonight so maybe that’s the universe trying to distract me. I’ll take those endorphins though

6k today to end week three of marathon training. I cried a bit and had to talk myself through some rough patches but getting past those just made me feel even more confident that all the work I’m doing is paying off((mentally and physically)). Healing is hard. Anywho love yous. 🫶🏻
