Left civil war in Northern Ireland in the early 80's. Now find myself in a brewing civil war where there'll only be losers. Unless this latest iteration of tin-pot dictator can be beaten back.

has Trump directed Hegseth and Gabbert to direct US intelligence to assist Russia in Ukraine? Given that he is willing asset for Russia it stands to reason and would be consistent with his predilection for Putin that he would. Both Hegseth and Gabbert are obsequious pawns who follow their master.

If Trump, Musk and the Trumpublicans want to radically downsize government I want a tax rebate in lieu of services not rendered. If they want to get rid of and hollow out government departments then I want my tax money back! Drop my tax rate to a level proportionate to degraded levels of service.

I guess Starmer used up all of the Trumpian goodwill yesterday. Calling on King Charles to rescind the U.K. invitation and send the convicted felon and rapist his (ahem) regrets.

If the Kremlin’s GRU had a free hand picking a US president and administration they couldn’t have improved upon Trump, Gabbert, Bondi, Rubio, RFK Jr, Patel, Hegseth, Vought, Miller, Bessent, Lutnick, Homan, Noem et al. Truly, an astonishing who’s who of incompetence, mendacity and sycophancy.

So where are the checks and balances? Democrats send texts and emails soliciting donations while Trump, Musk, Vought and the Neo-Republican party run them ragged. Where is the opposition? Ordinary citizens are being exposed to threats, corruption and theft of the public purse while Schumer watches!

“He who saves his Country does not violate any Law” can be interpreted in multiple ways Herr Drumpf. Be careful what you might unleash in your hurried desire to make yourself dictator.

Trump capitulates and agrees to 'normalize' relations with Putin, meaning lifting of sanctions and establishing closer ties. Makes my skin crawl thinking about that. Europe has clearly bungled their support for Ukraine and must now watch from the sidelines while the 'great powers' carve up Ukraine

Musk, abetted by a visibly weak and frail Trump, is embarked on the biggest money heist in history. Not just in the U.S., but ever. Why? To further fill his bulging coffers while eliminating all forms of government restraint on his unbridled ambition.

Musk is exhibit A for imposing massive wealth taxes on the ultra-rich. As their wealth increases so does their malign influence on the health of our (or any) democracy. This cannot continue unchecked for the alternatives will be societally and politically cataclysmic. Stop Skum!

Send that South African fascist to Hungary. But only after arresting him for intentionally compromising U.S. security. Break the law, go back to where you come from.

When confident ,clear, purposeful leadership is most in need we have Schumer, glasses perched on the end of his nose head down, reading monotone from a script. Would seventy eight year old Trump dare to project such an image? These antediluvian relics must step aside. Time for 21st century tactics.

There's no precedent for what Trump and Musk are doing. They're exploiting what they see as a grey area between lawful and criminal. What is crystal clear is their intent which is to dismantle as much of the federal government as possible before the opposition begins to push back. This is an attack.

Too soon to abandon hope. Besides, that’s exactly what Trump, Musk’s quango and Republican party supporters are counting on. Malaise, ennui, post-election burn-out, confusion are precisely the responses Steve Bannon’s political implementation of the military doctrine of shock and awe hopes for

How many laws must Trump and his misadministration break before Dems are left with no other option but to impeach him again?
