There’s a huge obsession with pinpointing blame, I’m guilty of it. Realistically, none of know 100% of the situation, we go off biased briefs and what we see on the pitch. But one thing is for certain. Whatever is going on, whatever the plan is, isn’t working. Unless you change it, it’s futile.
