That little man is happy as always. Smiling, dancing, even at 39 degrees sometimes.
Rules in Belgium dictate 24h fever-free before they can go to daycare again... so it's not just this day. 🙄 tomorrow needs a solution as well.

At our old company's seminar (had already resigned, notice period) I did a talk where half was real content, other half semi-fake crazy #tinfoil conspiracy rant (laughing with the company and colleagues a bit) in Takahashi style:
140+ slides in just over 30 minutes 😅.

While I fundamentally agree... reality is that many companies go for technical checkups first before talking about the real important stuff. It is often perceived to be a time-saver to first find a technical match.
Ironically, tech stuff is useless without a match on core values and mission.
