Billionaire’s firm now owns more than half of Shetland Space Centre Source: The Shetland Times search.app/JpRC

A post from my chum regarding a video from me regarding the latest UK space news (which I negated to post properly here earlier today 😂). Can we keep this going round?? Anyway, we talk Saxavord, RFA, Skyrora, Orbex and HyImpulse. Will we finally see launches in 2025? Watch and find out!

Come on space community, let's gang together!

Wow, that Royal Rumble ending sucked. First one I've watched live in years and damn did they do CM Punk dirty. I know it's all storytelling but surely gives him the main event? He probably won't get another at his age. Jey is hella over, but a main eventer? I'm not feeling it.

Space fans, spaceflight commentators, geeks and nerds, let's connect here!

What an amazing opportunity! Calling all European space nerds and YouTubers! If you're in the area, this would be well worth attending. @tomdune.bsky.social

I can't say enough how heartbreaking dementia is to deal with professionally, let alone for the families and the sufferers themselves.

Finally watched ep 9 of #LowerDecks and while I get the hype about Garashir, Harry and the other cameos, which were all cool, I'm so here for more T'Pol! So great to finally have Jolene back in the Star Trek Universe. I'm not ready for tonight's finale.

I struggle to remember to post here too, though engagement on any platform seems minimal at this point. Still, if you're a space fan, I put out a new video a few days ago talking about the latest news from the UK space scene. youtu.be/JwHNZPddkmc

I promise I’ll get posting more space-y stuff soon. I’ve been recovering from surgery this week, but hoping normal service will resume shortly. In the meantime, take a look at www.youtube.com/@ntkspace which I’m trying to build up. Ta!

Been getting back into Battlefield 1 in a big way lately. Even 7 years on, imho it's still the finest war-based FPS of all time. The audio, visuals, gameplay and brutality of the battles is just spectacular.

Introducing The History of Britain in Space. An on-going series to chart the history of UK involvement in spaceflight. Episode 1: Blue Streak. If you enjoy history and spaceflight, this one is for you. Check out the channel for present day UK space news too! youtu.be/VL2OpK60XY4

Europa Clipper update from the other site: "our spacecraft remains in a nominal state – power positive, thermally stable, dynamically stable, and in two-way communication with ground teams. [..] in a commissioning phase to confirm that all hardware and software is operating as expected."

Hey new people from Twitter/X. If you're interested in space and history, my next video will be dropping this Sunday on YouTube and it's the biggest project I've done to date outside of my usual news content. If you're into spaceflight, let's connect and build bluesky team space!

Meet the fine folks from Orbex at Space Comm Expo in Glasgow next week. How about if you snap a pic with the model rocket, tag your name + Prime, eg #TomPrime, let's see 'em!.

For those yet to discover me, I mostly cover UK space news, including Skyrora, Orbex, Saxavord, Sutherland Spaceport, AAC clydespace, Alba Orbital and a whole bunch more.

Ok space fans, it's the one you've been waiting for, my dive into the revealed cause of the RFA One explosion at Saxavord last week. Thanks again to the team at @rfa_space for their quick transparency. Warning: this one contains science! Like & share 🚀 youtu.be/xfhhctPdTkg

Moving over here from the 'other place', seeing as it has become an insufferable cesspool. Space fans, suggest me some accounts to follow
