On a brief holiday in Orkney. No sign of the Khasi of Kalabar.

Can you all see what it is yet?

Still fancy that Florida holiday?

Good luck to all concerned

It’s always “two weeks”

Just bought my first ever Interail pass. I'm 63. Thanks @seatsixtyone.bsky.social for the comprehensive website instructions. Edinburgh to Berlin by train via Brussels, here we go.

A lovely family man whose only flaws are his alleged drug use and road rage.

I wasn't that interested in Kneecap, but now that Police Scotland have got involved, I am. I'm a 63 year old who likes BMX Bandits and not really a fan of political rap, but this is where we are.

Change one letter and ruin the active travel debate. "There is no war on cats"

Coach rental companies rubbing their hands in glee. Actually probably minibuses tbf.

Heading into town this morning I was overtaken on a short stretch of quiet route by a kid around 10 y old on his bike. As he passed me, he extravagantly stretched up off his pedals and clasped his hands above his head. Chapeau, young man!

Persidnet of the Untied Stoats

Well played Napoli

Planning a train trip back to Edinburgh from the Netherlands in a day and I'm anxious that a two hour trip into Amsterdam to connect with the Eurostar is a stretch too far. As Kermit said (or was it Robin?) "It's not easy being green".

Maybe they couldn't knit his hair in place today?

Cracking end titles by BBC Scotland there, after the Scottish Cup Final. Can only imagine the mad scramble to find the prepared portion, but the aftermatch edit was spot on.

More hyper-local by election leafleting in Edinburgh's Ward 9. Reminder: the by election is not first past the post, and these are historic polling returns from only one polling station. Also, Reform are now in the game. 🤔

Attendance at Livingston v Partick Thistle last Friday 3432. Tonight's final, Livingston v Ross County 2643. I'll be back to crowdw@nk on Monday night after the return leg.

See, the money goes into his personal account, so it's not a conflict.

The Tories know this is not what the public wants, after conducting in-person surveys at all of the drive throughs and retail parks in Edinburgh* *this is satire

Sadly, I'm not around that evening, or I could continue my run of being terrible at the music round by answering "A Flock of Seagulls" every time I hear something vaguely 80s.

I've just read the candidate statements for @thejagsfoundation.bsky.social board elections and I'd like all six candidates please, not just the three places available.

I instinctively knew that the stats in this LibDem leaflet were false. Didn't have to check. But I have checked, and if I was the Conservative candidate, I'd not be happy. The current make up of Labour-controlled Edinburgh Council is SNP 16, LD 13, Con 10, Grn 10, Lab 10, Ind 2.

Absolutely on point

Angeball 1, Ineos 0. Pleasing.

Ward 9 in Edinburgh Council has an upcoming by-election. We've had three communications in the past week from one party, two the very same, very localised leaflet. No prizes for guessing. 😀
