What a legend

Whether it matters is debatable but it's interesting at least that Musk / Trump have lost the right-wing head bangers who reply on Daily Mail comments. These are the top voted replies on the chainsaw post.

SURPRISE SURPRISE, BLIND-A DATE-A

A feature I'd really like to see on @bsky.app is for these reply-sorting options to be available below posts, so you can switch between them in-thread.

Clarkson finishes his lazy, stupid article about his dickhead opinions on young people with "my dad thought exactly the same thing, and he was wrong, but I think I am right."

> "They are not on Twitter" Kemi telling on herself here. Shows this is where she is most of the time, which simply isn't where most actual people are. Sure, some people who might vote for her still use Twitter - but I'd argue that *most* people who might vote for her have never used it at all.

Few things bring me more joy than stumbling upon a fantastic piece of music I've not heard before. I've played this a lot since I discovered it last week - it's beautiful. youtu.be/JVsU_UMkTWQ?...

Right now, we don't need a European army - or even need to discuss it. We need individual allied European armies to work together more closely, quickly.

Was going to take the piss out of this slightly lame "time capsule" but by 2027 a t-shirt, some newspaper and a sharp rock will probably be genuinely useful survival items

Rant incoming: 🧵 Scholz says is it “premature” to discuss the possibility of European troops in Ukraine. This is, sorry, really bad strategy and communication. Is it premature to *announce* troop? Yes of course! We don’t know the situation, the possible deal etc. (1)

This is OUTRAGEOUSLY awful

"Sir Keir is understood to see his role as bringing US and Europe together" Oh cool, so he's just going to continue pretending the US is still a normal country, nice one.

I do not think it is possible to overstate how embarrassingly pathetic this is.

This is how it starts

Kemi Badenoch backs a UK version of DOGE.

NO, you DOLTS. He understands the constitution perfectly. He is LYING. Much of the press will still be saying "but it's not allowed!" as they're marched out of the door.

Hi @dalevince.com - when's FGR getting on Bluesky? I can't be the only fan who's ditched Twitter...

So wikitok is pretty neat. TikTok infinite scroll and content exploration meets Wikipedia. wikitok.net

I feel very seen by this. Great article. www.404media.co/you-cant-pos...

An excerpt from George Washington's Farewell Address, first published September 19, 1796.

What the hell is this bizarre use of "would" throughout? An attempt to make it sound hypothetical, to test the water?

I’ve started to go through some local (Southport) newspapers from #WW1 I’ve seen photos like this before and it absolutely sums up the tragedy of war. This photo will have been carried by a soldier and dropped in the heat of battle. Presumably his children or younger siblings. Truly heartbreaking

Didn't realise I wanted this until just now

Couple of standout lines from this article: "as we wait for the federal judiciary to make its moves, Trump and Musk are creating facts on the ground." "Those with the direct institutional power to slam the brakes lack the will and those with the will lack the power."

Just heard a trail for a R4 show investigating 'the comics and science fiction that have shaped Elon Musk' and it feels a little bit like we should be past that point by now everyone FOR FUCK'S SAKE

Trump is flooding the zone to overwhelm any opposition. If I had to choose a term to describe it, it would be: Shitzkrieg.

Got to say, to me the things mentioned about this image seem very hard to spot - especially when you factor in the amount of pixellation we're used to seeing in images online.
