The Sam Sedar roundtable is a trip. Hadn't realized us millennials dropped the ball so hard at mentoring gen Z. They fall for the same Facebook level disinformation as the boomers without any of the fervor for "upholding democracy."

Each time I evacuate to a new social media platform I lose a following, and more of the will to restore it. I had a fb like page that was at 4k before they made it pay to play. Got to 2k on ig before the ever-changing algorithms left me wore out. I'm optimistic about Bluesky, but still feel burnt.

Think bluesky might be my last stand as far as being an independent illustrator and artist online. I just cant stand spending a second longer than I have to on any of the preexisting monoliths of social media and I'm at the point to where I rather do anything else but rely on these platforms.
