Does the Constitution still matter? Yes. We have enough judges and federal prosecutors who will uphold it. Will Musk/Trump purge them all? Doing so would mean the Constitution is dead, all states are independent, fed tax money turned off. Not enough MAGA loyalists in security forces to control us.
