I am an Idita-vangelist, and I aint sorry. (Image is a screencap of a text my cousin sent me today)

Anyway, I'm nearly always wrong but I'd guess that either Jessie or Michelle will be first to Ruby. Also, there's a bible camp at Kokrines that has invited teams in in the past - I'm curious to see if anybody stops there.

KattiJo reports from the Black Spruce Facebook page that Jeff Deeter is taking his 24 in Tanana after talking it out with Matt Failor and Dallas Seavey who both encouraged him to not make any rash decisions. #Iditarod53

Brenda Mackey returned to Tanana because she saw a dog show signs she hadn't seen before. Bruce reporting dog is good, however he believes she hit her SPOT tracker so her race may be over. #Iditarod53

Stitch says he hates Iditarod.

"When we got out there it was just like Mars." - Gabe Dunham talking about the run to Tanana in the silt storm. #Iditarod53
