Living with OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is the worst. Today, I'm going out with my grandkids, and my GAD is fucking driving me crazy, even though I took my crazy meds this morning.

Years ago, my shrink I came to the conclusion of one reason why I drink. This is not an excuse to why I drink, but one of the many reasons, that I'm able to understand. You see, when I drink, my #OCD violent intrusive thoughts and images, are more manageable, and the #Anxiety goes away. #IamReal
