A decade ago, I went on book tour with Sybil Lamb. We did 32 cities across the US/Canada, read with dozens of writers and met hundreds of people. So many of them are now dead. All of them are transsexuals. The oldest didn't make it to 50. I say this because I want you to live and I'm going to too.

haha. Back when Target was doing corporate pride, one of their vendors approached me to do a "Detransition, Baby" t-shirt. (very confusing! I said no). So now Target and I are even. But the moral of the story is that my book will be available at indie bookstores!

my not-unprofessional opinion is this trans youth care ban would not be before the Supreme Court at all if not for Alliance Defending Freedom (aka the people who brought you Dobbs) and would not be treated as a "tough" issue for "even liberals" if not for the New York Times

Happy that the audiobook of Stag Dance will feature a different actor reading each of the four parts. Heard auditions today, and the actors voice my lines much better than I do when I read. Almost like acting is an art or something.
