I have been very incredibly lucky that our local LGBTQIA+ clinics and orgs have stayed the course and kept all care open and have not erased us. Small and medium town America can be pleasantly surprising.

Neat fact that I noticed on Google maps. It used to show Northalstead when I looked in the overview. At least for me, Chicago's LGBTQ+ neighborhood has been functionally erased.

Watching my friends and colleagues graduate college and university, only to go on to be wildly successful, is so heartwarming to see. But I have to remember that success is not based on a degree. First gen HS graduate. No college education. Still live in a small town. And still successful.

I love the times when dysphoria seems to melt away, and I actually look into the mirror and like my body. It's got its problems, and it's still not what I want it to be. But I'm finally, for the first time, actively working towards that, and I am loving it. Being trans is the best 💕

There's a transmasculine version of this. If someone assigned female can become a man, it means there's nothing so special or powerful about men. Each of us has the biological truth of equality between the sexes within us, as demonstrated by the ability of some to pass from one to the other.

This administration's attacks on trans people aren't "a distraction" from everything else they're doing. We're not a distraction. What they're doing to trans people is the most bad thing of all - everything else being done is to distract people from the targeting of trans people for extermination.

This is crazy, this is from a hockey game in Montreal, and Québécois people are singing the CANADIAN anthem! The english part too and with their whole chest. Idk if you realize how insane it is to see Québécois be patriotic about Canada.

Today is a bittersweet day for me. The Daytona 500. It's my favorite day, and I am going to be watching it all day. Remembering when I was a kid and seeing Earnhardt winning. Cheering on Gordon. And it's a love that I still have. But watching my favorite day and seeing TFG on TV kinda ruins it.
