Got a ride in along the river, so many people out enjoying the warm air.

The Strava feature showing where photos were taken on a route helped us find a lost phone. We knew the last place we had it. Then in a mid-ride video, we could see the phone wasn’t in my spouse’s jersey pocket. It narrowed down to a 3 mile area. The Find App pinged later & we were able to pinpoint.

Garmin just messing with me now. 🚴🏽‍♂️💨🔥

I’ve got into sprinting on Zwift. Even won a double jersey! I’ve learned a lot of strategy. Like if you only have a 15-18 sec kick, don’t hi the wind till 15-18 to go. Pay attention to the current leader board to know how long the sprint is. Also the “draft” power up only works near other riders.

Good morning Cincinnati! Ravine St felt extra steep today!

Free winter workshop at spun next week!!

Twice now on a walk I’ve found a spot, sat or laid down and took a little 2-3 minute “dirt nap.” Very refreshing. Like hitting the reset button. 10/10 would recommend. www.runnersworld.com/news/a623302...

The world would be a much better place if everyone took a walk every day. No music, phone, device. Just you and your thoughts or you, a friend, and dialogue. Consider it recess for adults. Time to allow your mind to reset and recharge.

First group ride in weeks with 30 people today, over 60 miles we chatted about vacations, leaky pipes, cats, new bikes and the high I was on when I rolled back up to my house was amazing. 👊☺️🚴🏽‍♂️💨🔥

Moon and Venus in Cincinnati tonight.

First group bike ride in 5-6 weeks tomorrow. If people have new bikes and helmets, I’ll be struggling with names! #cincinnati #cycling
