A week ago the other members of my family moved their pot smoking outside to see if it helped my new asthma. I woke up today for the 3rd day in a row with energy & no tightness in my chest!!!

Day 4 of dog sitting the parents’ dog, Pearl. She is firmly not allowed on furniture at home, but finally today she remembered that here she is. Currently she’s excited panting so hard she’s making the bed shake 🤣

At the rheumatologist & out of the 9 of us in the waiting room I am the only one masked. It’s bonkers to me. Some of these folks are sure to have autoimmune issues. Am I good about masking everywhere? No. But at the Dr, yes, always.
