Day 27 of sobriety and have finally broke the 250 barrier sitting at 248. That makes it 15lbs sense Halloween. I Haven’t seen 240s sense 2022 when I was in a car accident. This is achieved by only adding a little extra stretching/ workout (30 min) and cutting all the munchies out from not smoking.

Being sober these last couple weeks has been so freeing of the brain. While I really miss weed / alcohol is meh, I also enjoy waking without the brain fog from hell / hangover. I only planned to do sober Nov, but I may just continue up to new years. Hardest thing now is the social anxiety.
