Incompetence, and the firing of key safety personnel led to the fatal crash in D.C. Full stop. The idea that it was women, dwarfism, and DEl is as dangerous as it is stupid. The man is an embarrassing nightmare; no empathy, no accountability. He remains the patron saint of psychopaths and fools.
