All clear, nothing sinister. He’s anaemic - no shit Sherlock he’s got 17% kidney function and inflammatory bowel disease - but other than that he’s ok. Needs an iron infusion, staying in hospital again tonight. Home tomorrow all being well.

So himself is in hospital again. This time because they want to do a colonoscopy and can’t do the prep at home due to the small matter of not much kidney function left. £67 worth of shopping from Asda. Utterly ridiculous. No meat, no cleaning or pet products. The Dr Pepper is the only ‘treat’. Basically a top up rather than full shop. £67 for that. It’s beyond a joke now.
