Over here trying to find center and peace, made another batch of leaf tiles which turned out cleaner than the first, and now know not to peel the leaves until tomorrow (learning is good) now on to some medieval inspired face tankards... i dont know how people manage without a creative outlet

Many years back, a cool dude introduced me to the word "apocaloptimism"... thats a mindset ive been trying to hold together. Obtained a big set of asparagus crowns, and hope to be able to eat the spears eventually, got bayberry bushes, and i hope to make candles some day. There is a future, i hope.

Turned a couple of syrup jars today, a traditional form in this region being somewhere between a crock and a wide mouthed jug. They where used to store molasses made from sorghum cane juice. #wildclay #folkart #stoneware #pottery #cottageindustry
