It’s time to build out factories in blue states to supply medication that is being politically targeted. I’m talking abortion medication, birth control, HRT, hormone blockers, insulin, epipens. State governments need to enable the creation of these facilities themselves or with industry.

It’s funny cuz in February I wrote a paper about the problems of delegation of tariff policy by the legislative to the executive, with a focus on the ability for the judiciary to constrain ex post delegation, and the inability for a published paper to realize the lack of control of the judiciary.

Trouble in pairs being downshifted just doesn’t make sense to me, the fact that people can’t even pay to prevent the draw means it’s always drawing a ton whenever I see it come down. Like you can draw 2 cards a person each round, no problem.

I think in a few years we’ll look back at the early 2020s as the height of average human capital across most of the world, both with regards to how much we have, as well as our investments in growing it. The rise of AI and the possibility of unbounded inhuman capital and labor will mark the end.
