Setting intentional boundaries is a superpower.

Healing is damn hard work, but it's also a treasured journey where you reach a plateau of joy, love, and peace. You think it can't get any better, because it's so great. But, you keep working and then voila you reach a new plateau! It's kinda unbelievable. #HealingWorksWonders

Complex trauma will have you viewing yourself as those who neglected or abused you did. This is why it wrecks our self-worth and will give us a relentless Inner Critic. Healing is the path that can get you back to finding your true self. Your authentic self.

Do less. Be more. How's that for a slogan for trauma healing?

Give yourself the care, kindness and yes even tenderness you should have received as a child, but never got. You can heal it all now. It works. "No Bad Parts" by Richard Schwartz has helped me immensely.

Fear those who try to manipulate you with fear.

Hate ends up consuming you. It will burn you up into a crisp. Ending it starts with acceptance, love, and compassion. First, with and toward yourself. Then, others. Healing is how to get there.
