I need a Democrat who, if Republicans say “Social Security and Medicare need to be cut by 40% doesn’t respond with “no, let’s only cut them by 20%”. They should respond with “No, let’s increase the cap so Billionaires have to pay into Social Security and Medicare fully and increase the funding 40%.
