It’s -12 Celsius again this morning feels like - 19 with the wind chill. It’s been like this for almost a week. Thank God we have a warming centre for our homeless. Five years ago, it had to be -15 before a building would be opened for a warming centre. Now its open Dec 1 to the end of March.
