RFK JR on Measles Outbreaks just now: "It is not unusual. There are measles outbreaks every year." It is actually very unusual. This is the first Measles death in the US in 10 years.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.

Today marks 1 year seizure free for me. That is a significant milestone for anyone with epilepsy and I am fortunate to have made it. A lot of thanks goes to my family and the support received along this journey. I was hesitant to share this. However I think it’s important for two reasons.
