Democrats need to start talking about FHA providing 0-3% down payment loans to developers that build homes at 150% AMI. If developers didn’t need to find high interest capital to build homes they could build more homes for less. It would also open up the market smaller developers.

AOC is the democrat’s best communicator. She should announce a run for president immediately. She would be best at communicating the corruption at the core of the Trump administration. Whether or not you agree with her policies doesn’t really matter. We’re competing for attention.
