Anyone read Creation Lake by Kushner? I got the book, read it and can't find a theme or purpose beyond disjointed happenings. What am I missing?

It is time for whomever is left in hezbolah to surrender, acknowledge Israel borders ,never again support hamas, stop firing rockets or anything else across the border with Israel AND acknowledge and confirm it will abandon any goal to destroy Israel. Then enjoy a peaceful life where you live.
